We are going to be releasing in about 10 minutes version 1803 which resolves these font size issues for drawing tools. The difficulty with this at times is that when you select a particular point size, the operating system returns what is called the logical height. It is not the point size. So if you select something like a 10 point font, the return value could be something like -23. So there were a couple of places where we did not have the proper translation between point sizes and logical height for tools. And this is also another reason why when the DPI setting changes on the computer, the font sizes may not be as expected or in the case where you were to share the global configuration with someone else.
