I have ver 1785, Use Gain Capital data. New modem started today. I am getting numerous log messages of data failure followed by immediate restart. I assume the dtata losses are caused by internet/modem intermittant drop-out issues. What log events can I use to provide time stamps that I can use to argue with Comcast or modem company (Arris)?
