Hi, Make sure you update your version of Sierra Chart. Use "Download Current Version" from the "Help" menu. Are you paying monthly for Sierra Chart? Sierra Chart comes in two packages: 3 and 5. They both cost money. Sierra Chart is not free. So if you, for instance, are not paying anything, you must have an account provided to you for free by an affiliate broker. And those versions have limited functionality. CQG and other routing methods are fully enabled on packages 3 and 5, but maybe not through the affiliate's account that you may be using. I don't think WH Selfinvest offers Sierra Chart accounts at a reduced price. Where did you get Sierra Chart from and what are you paying each month?
