Hello, I have a trading account with WHInvestSelf Futures. I have Sierra Charts installed on my computer from late last year. It does not appear to be configured for CQG. In the service providers under the Data/ Trade Service Settings, CQG FIX Trading it says (Not enabled on package), as well as all of the other service providers, are "Not enabled on package". Please help me so that I can use the CQG live data feed with Sierra Charts through WHSelfInvest Futures. I have read the instructions (CQG Trading Platform Service, plus forum) but yet it doesn't connect. Does it require a program from CQG to make connection? Thank you very much.
