We have looked into this closely and what we realize is that you have gone back to a prior version from a version after 1785. It will lead to this condition.

Exit from Sierra Chart. Go into the Sierra Chart installation folder and delete the TradeOrdersList.data file and start Sierra Chart again. This will solve the issue. We are also implementing a permanent solution which will be out in the next release.

Also the internal order IDs for any new orders added to the Trade Activity Log would be lost but there are backups of that file available in the Backups subfolder.

For some background of why the issue happened, it was the result of Sierra Chart transitioning to 64-bit internal order identifiers, from 32-bit.
