With regards to the Fisher Transform, we notice that you probably have to use the RSI Average, rather than just the RSI. This is Subgraph 4 in the RSI study. That will smooth out the data substantially. With regards to the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition, we do not have an exact match to what you are looking for. Our recommendation to get something similar is to use the Draw Style of Point on High and then change the Width/Size to something around 5 (play the number to find a value that works for you). This will place a point above the bars where the alert condition is true.
