It looks like you were previously using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed but not currently. For now enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >>Connect To Market Data Server and then reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
