I doubt the Engineering team is going to tell you how to trade. However, they have created a ton of documentation on how to use their platform. If you haven't already searched it you can start here --> Getting Started, Opening Charts and Basic Trading That should get you going in the right direction. There are also hundreds of videos on Youtube covering a variety of topics for Sierra Charts. Infinity Futures does a nice job with many of their tutorials. Here's one to help get you going --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLawIaWeRPc&t=1219s If you are NOT an Infinity customer however you need to realize that they use a slightly different version of SC with their TransAct data feed that may not relate directly to the standard version of Sierra Chart. Namely some small difference in their ATM and they don't offer the Chart DOM that I'm aware of. Good luck! -- Scott
