Hello, I have started using your platform so i can replace Blue Water Trading platform and CTS. However I am having trouble matching the accuracy of their delta chart and Market profile. I absolutely love the system but not having a support number i can call or someone to talk to is causing some problems on my end including the ability to build what i need to make this functional. I have been through the support board and no one has answers posted to the questions i have. I need help, and i hope i will get it from this support email because other wise i will be forced to continue with another platform. Ive spent over 20+ hours watching you-tube videos and going through the support board but i can not seem to get the results i need. I am having problems with the Delta chart matching what Blue-Water shows me for Positive or Negative delta on a tick chart. On a 1 min chart its pretty close, but the tick chart is what i need and the results are very much different. Also the market profile chart is using different letters during the day than any other MP chart ive looked at. I really want to use your system but as a full time trader and father i simply cant afford to put any more time in to this. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP? Id be more than happy to pay for remote support and a phone call to get some assistance. Please advise with a response Thanks,
