Hiii am on cqg api trial and for last one week i was getting CL real time data But starting from today am not getting any real time data from the chart , and symbol is unknown message is appearing Here is the message log i copied Socket (14) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2018-07-24 07:47:16 Socket (14) | Closed. | 2018-07-24 07:47:16 CQG WebAPI | Market data subscription for F.US.CLEU18 was unsuccessful.
