Hi, Thanks for the reply. I will follow the reconnect procedure and see what happens. In terms of the FX Indexes - I believe they are showing this behaviour today. For e.g. JPY-X is showing a 7.24% increase in the screenshot attached to the opening post. This is a very large increase and isn't typical. I believe the JPY-X has increased about 0.6% today at time of writing and at the time of the screenshot. Most of the other indices are also showing large % increase or decrease for the day. Thanks.
