Hello, I am using a demo account, so most settings are as per default. When I try to add a chart for the Nasdaq Futures contract NDU18 (History) and NDU18 (Intraday, not realtime) the charts seem to be loaded, however at the end the chart remains completely blank. I also tried with the gold futures contract GCQ18 and the result is the same. I have no problems with CFD or Forex so far. The same happens if I add those symbols to a Quote Board. Data for futures is not loaded while data for CFD is loaded. Using SC Data feed only. I also tried opening a new chartbook and adding the charts in that chartbook but got the same results. Further tried disconnect, reconnect and reopening Sierra chart software. Hope you can assist. |
