In response to post #1, we have provided you more support than just related to connectivity issues and those are external service connectivity issues which take our time anyway. You have had nearly 2 months of usage time. We are going to give you 10 additional days. You will need to have a paid account after that. Now, if there is no further support time required from us, we can give you additional time. Let us know.

In response to post #2, there are some users who have connectivity issues to BitMex. Users also have connectivity issues to various other services but for different types of reasons which almost always are resolvable. Really we are very very exhausted by these kinds of problems and are going to be moving away from direct connections to external services and instead support internal connections to reliable services.

We are also developing our own high-performance exchange.

BitMex servers are not located in Hong Kong. They are in Europe. And what counts is where you are located. Not us.

This is a ridiculously false statement:
They want the dumb money to have as few options as possible.
