We apologize for the delay. The problem is you are using inconsistent and incorrect symbols:
F.US.EPU18
F.US.EPu8

For now, it is going to be easiest for you to select File >> Close All Chartbooks.

And reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After that just start with new charts only. Do not use the existing Chartbook. Only use the symbols listed in File >> Find Symbol .

We will see if we can implement an easier solution from our side.
