What's the difference between the BitMEX Trading and BitMEX Trading Direct services? Also, in setting up the Bitcoin-USD symbol for trading on BitMEX (not the testnet), I don't see XBTUSD as an option. I only see: .XBTUSDPI2H-BMEX, .XBTUSDPI8H-BMEX, and .XBTUSDPI-BMEX. Please advise.
