Since in this case the data except for the most recent 10 minutes comes from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service assuming you enabled the option for that which is documented on our Interactive Brokers page. So that is going to be the proper tick by tick data assuming you have Sierra Chart set for a tick by tick data configuration. Anyway refer to our second response above.
