As a user, I can also give you a little help on this, as I was also playing a lot with VbP study settings: I think what you see is an aggregated volume for several ticks level due to some of your settings, so you need to check all tick size and volume multiplier settings to see if all set to 1 or maybe some of them are set to higher. Check first your data connection is set to 1 tick resolution, than your chart settings if its set to 1 volume multiplier, tick size set auto by the feed, under your VbP study sub settings volume per tick to be set to 1. If all set to 1 than I am out of tips :)
