Hi,

Previously I was unable to utilise my free trial with Sierra Chart due to data connectivity problems.

I had support board and email communication to get this sorted and finally got the issue sorted a week ago.

I am trialing some indicators that are specific to Sierra Charts and I still have a month left before my subscription runs out.

I tried to time the two trials together but due to the connectivity issues they have fallen out of sync.

My free trial with Sierra Charts is due for expiry tomorrow but I was told by Sierra Charts that they would be willing to extend my free trial due to the issues we were trying o resolve together.

Given that my trial ends tomorrow, could you please extend my free trial for a month so that I do not lose connectivity?
