We are contacting Interactive Brokers about this. If it is a market data policy issue from Dow Jones, they should have told you that. And they also should have a single unified string for a symbol with an easy search feature on their website to get symbols. Not the inconsistency and complexity that they do for standard listed symbols. This is the basis of our complaint. If there is an issue with how the TWS API Contract structure has to be filled out due to changes on their side, only we can help with that.
