Hi, I think I sorted this out. I was trying to load the big sp contract rather than the e-mini, so it is working now. I also white listed the program in webroot, not sure if that did anything. I am seeing more than the ten rows of depth in the dom however. cme provides only ten rows so not sure if this is an error or what.
