Hello and thank you for the response. I agree that the problem is not your software or system. The email alerts work fine for me. The issue I'm having is that I'm having the email forwarded to me as a text. For whatever reason the whole message does not come through. The end gets cut off. As it turns out the bit of information I really need is at the end. You guys had mentioned the need to make the alerts editable. This was mentioned in this post. Here is a quote "We do need to make the content of the Alert messages customizable. Can you tell us what part of the alert message you are looking for so we can see if we can offer a solution immediately or if it is something we need to add later. And we will know what particular subparts users are looking to customize. " If I could edit the alert text I could shorten it and this would provide me with a work around.
