I have contacted CQG directly but they have been unable to help and refer me back to your support.

Who is the broker that I can contact for access to CQG? Or are you referring to CQG who I have already contacted in which case there is no use.

Does this issue always occur when you extend the Sierra Chart trial? If so, is there no way that you can make this process smoother for me as I am new to this and it takes up a lot of time?
