Hi, I am subscribing to the CBOE live symbols including $VIX. However, I still always get the message that the symbol is not recognized when I pull up a chart of $VIX or other vix type symbols such as $GVX or $OVX. See attached screenshot for an example. Whilst the symbol does eventually load and update live I wonder if something is wrong ??
