Actually this could be an IB problem. I dug through some other TSX stocks using the TWS native charts, and found that a number of the intraday charts have large chunks of missing data. I compared them to tradingview.com and they do not match. The first stock I checked has a clean chart in TWS, but others do not. I will contact IB for information and get back to you if necessary.
