Support, I have had a couple of issues lately, I have an auto trading study that tried to flatten and cancel my orders according to my exit order. However the charts showed a market order on the screen then would not get me out of the trade and left the order on the screen. When I flattened on the DOM my charts lost connection when they reconnected the orders were canceled and gone. Here is my message log for the trade: Auto-trade: TFZ3 177 tick #3 | Uber On | There was an error flattening the position. Any working orders have been canceled for the symbol. | Bar Start Time: 2013-06-18 08:27:52 | 2013-10-16 08:59:39 Unable to cancel order without a Service Order ID. Internal Order ID: 41337 | 2013-10-16 08:59:41 There was an error with the order cancellation: Order cancellation failed. Internal order ID: 41337 | 2013-10-16 08:59:41 Trade Order Error: Unable to Flatten or Reverse because there are working Market orders that will flatten the position for symbol: TFZ3. Internal order ID: 41337 | 2013-10-16 08:59:42 I have run a Ping program to find out if there is package loss and I AM seeing some in the last few days, maybe the gap hit at exactly the same time as the cancellation order went in? Maybe you can see the internal id and let me know. I have run a trace and the issue looks to be right at the CME servers. tried to attache the image hope it comes through. |
