Dear Sierra, today I created an account and I wanted to activate the real data streaming for CME (My intention was to pay the 5$ for activation of your real time datafeed and ask for the CME free of charge trial period). Unfortunately my credit card account is in Euro. When I made the payment, I chose 5$, but expressed the intention to pay in Euro, and authomatically the 5$ were converted in 4,24 Euro, which I paid. The fact is, after the payment I found out that the balance in my account is 4.99$. Could you kindly tell me what to do now? Many thanks! |
