The first thing is that the formula you are using is referencing the bid volume and ask volume of the Main Price Graph. It is not checking the Cumulative Bid/Ask Bars, if that is what you want. In order to use the Cumulative Bid/Ask Bars in the alert, you need to reference the Subgraphs of that particular study.
