When an Alert Condition Formula is referencing data from other charts through studies which overlay that data to the chart containing the Alert Condition Formula, Evaluate on Bar Close always applies to the chart containing the study this option is enabled on, or applies to the chart this is enabled on if enabled through the Alert tab settings in the Chart Settings.
