This just means your proxy server does not support TLS version 1.2. At least that's what it appears like to us. This is not really a problem. You can just install Sierra Chart using the zip installer: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SCZipInstallerList.php This is what we recommend in your case. You can also update Sierra Chart using the very same zip installer.
