I can only tell you, that it's incorrect based on "The Definitive Guide to Point and Figure: A Comprehensive Guide to the Theory and Practical Use of the Point and Figure Charting Method 2nd Edition by Jeremy du Plessis", which is the standard reference on this topic, and my experience with other charting tools.
