All the audio is heard in all of the instances but one instance. So that would seem to rule out Windows or volume level as the culprit thus satisfying Steps 10 & 11.
No, this definitively is not correct. We have updated the documentation about this. Each instance in Sierra Chart will have a separate volume control in the operating system Volume Mixer control panel.

Otherwise, the only other remaining item is an operating system level issue which we could not help with.
