We just contacted CQG and requested that they have one of their network engineers work with us on this and this would require your cooperation as well.

There is no way this is going to get solved, unless it involves us, a CQG network engineer, and a user who is having a persistent problem. It will require 3 people. Although it is our opinion, that if they were competent enough, CQG could take care of this all on their own. But we have to force them to recognize they have got a problem. At least that is the way it appears to us.
