Contact your broker and have them switch you over to Rithmic. You are getting affected by ongoing CQG connectivity problems. Either that or a firewall is blocking the connection. There is nothing we can do about this from our side. CQG has been repeatedly told about this but they have yet to identify the problem and we are 1000% confident, the issue is not on the Sierra Chart side, unlikely to be on your side, and all indications this points to a problem with CQG.
