The first thing to do is do not make any changes in Global Settings >> Customize Menu Items so there is no possible disruption to the customizations you have already done. And make a backup of the MenuCustomizations.XML file in the Sierra Chart folder. That file will not have changed when updating. Also for the record, we do not know why there is a problem.
