SC doesn't offer a dark theme and from their responses to these requests by many of us they don't seem interested in offering it anytime soon. This is not true. The colors in Sierra Chart are fully customizable and have been since the beginning. It is actually one of the few programs in the world that has colors which are fully customizable throughout with the exception of nonclient area window elements and dialogs (Not yet).Something like the title bar color is controlled by the operating system. And changing that is not technically possible. It has nothing to do with not being interested. There was never any statements to that effect. The title bar is largely irrelevant and not what the user is asking about. And we are also not going to go out of our way to solve Microsoft problems, which we cannot do anyway. This particular user is with TransAct, and by default their chart backgrounds are white. That is the reason for the question.
