I recently added a credit to my account using the PayPal option. I live in the US. When I received my credit card bill I was charged an international fee. When I called my credit card company about this fee they said that the charge was out of Singapore. I thought Sierra Chart was out of the US? Just curious why I was charged an international fee for adding credit to my account. If you could help that would be appreciated. Thank you
