Hello, Sierra chart so a few weeks back I posted a thread into this support board asking my first question which also unexpectedly created a trial account, I wasn't really ready for this but I went with it, I know little about trading and have mainly only learnt how to configure the DOM which I can do in free mode, anyway now I know how to configure it but my intial trial ended, I then went to AMP futures to try Sierra chart with some live exchange data (showing depth) to view with the DOM before I commit a proper deposit and open an account, I needed to renew Sierra chart trial which I have just recently done after posting a support ticket, however I connect to the CQG feed and in the DOM I am seeing, "real time data for instrument corresponding to ID is not allowed." within the DOM, I know this is on CQG's part because when I tried to trial sierra chart via AMP they sent me an automated message saying I have used my data allowance, the only thing involving data I have ever trialled before this is the intial first demo of sierra chart which was created by accident (if that uses CQG data that is, otherwise I have no idea why they sent me the message), all in all I think what has happened here is pretty unfair and I'm wondering if Sierra chart can help me in anyway, I can't ring CQG because I have no phone working at the moment, I can only email them which takes them like a week to reply.

Now I know this is on CQG's part but the only reason I can think as to why they said "your have used your data allowance" is on my initial trial of Sierra chart, other than that I have used nothing, never opened any demo or trial in my life, overall I feel I am wasting my valuable trial time not even being able to see the software working before I open a trading account, very frustrating and not Sierra Chart's fault however I am being patient, if you can please call CQG and ask what's up with my account, so I can actually get onto to trialling this software and opening a live account, CQG will be getting my money monthly once I see for at least a week that it works and flows on this platform. don't know what their problem is.
