The reason for the problem is this:

CQG WebAPI | Received LoggedOff message. Reason: Your session was closed due to a concurrent session. | 2018-04-11 14:16:05

CQG only allows one connection at a time. Disconnect all other copies of Sierra Chart and any other programs from your CQG account.
