Using SC 1727, I cannot trade spreads using my CQG account. Example: CQG Symbol: "CHGI0Z8" If I open this symbol in a SC DOM (Symbol: CHGI0Z8) I do not get any quotes in the DOM. If instead I open "F.US.CHGI0Z8", I get quotes but I cannot trade it: "CQG order update (Rejected). Text: Symbol is incorrect or not defined. Internal Order ID: *******. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: F.US.CHGI0Z8 | 2018-04-10 19:52:42 *" This is because CQG expects "CHGI0Z8". I can trade this symbol using CQG Mobile, this problem seems to be specific to SC. This symbol is just an example, this problem affects all Spreads. |
