first of all, this reply is extremely surprising because it does not address all of the data that i provided.. also, by suggesting that perhaps i enabled sim mode is like saying 'maybe it was all a dream' and i was not aware of my actions.. let me add, my hand was nowhere near my mouse until i tried to flatten this order.. i was in 'live' mode, in ts trader and my 'live' account went over the daily limit due,in part, to this phantom trade.. there is no mention of switching to sim in item #9.. here are some questions please...

1. why did the platform create a tal for that day if there was 'no trading activity' ?
2. does your platform recognize ts trader 'live' trades as such in the tal ?
3. is it possible the tal i provided was copied or sent incorrectly and is empty as a result ?
4. what do you make of the order info i provided in #7 & 8 ? that was info for the phantom order taken off your platform log that was in series with other 'live' trades for 4/3/18.
