We started to have a look at this. In the Trade Activity Log provided, there is no trading activity for 2018-04-03 .

But one thing to be aware of is that if you had enabled Trade Simulation Mode, the Global Profit/Loss management will only have been functioning for simulated trading accounts and not your Top Step trader account.
