So now I'm trying to activate the data feed. I deposited $25 by way of PayPal to Sierra. I have a TD Ameritrade account and added the Log In information for that. When I click the activate button I get an error message "Failed to Activate". I'm trying to activate The service package that is priced $15.75 USD / month. I also tried to activate the trial version for $5.00 per month and that also failed to activate. I'm trying to get the package that provides 20 Futures quotes per month from Full CME Group. A question I have is does CME provide 24hr quotes or do I also have to activate GLOBEX? If I hadn't already purchased a Delta Scalper package for $299 I wouldn't be trying to do this with Sierra Chart. With all the difficulties I'm having it certainly looks like I made a poor choice buying the Delta Scalper and trying to get it to work here. Delta Scalper does have a package that works with Ninja Trader. Problem there is the two packages are not compatible. It was like pulling hens teeth to find out from either you or Delta Scalper that I also needed a data feed to get Delta Scalper to work on Sierra.
