I have tried for several weeks to update to the current version without success. It says "The software update has been downloaded." I click Yes to close the program. I am then asked if I want to reinstall the program and I click Yes and then it just goes away and doesn't reinstall. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-04-09 15:46:56
