Hi, I have been provided a trial SC account by you. For a customer I needed to access live BTCUSD - BitFinex data, for which I have paid $33 subscription for a month, and done the necessary activations. However still am not getting historical feeds when I connect to Cryptocurrencies Data - DTC [data] service. Please advise. Regards Vivek |
