Hi,

My issue is as follows:

1)used trial during trading evaluation; evaluation offered Rithimic DataFeed
2)at end of Sierra Charts trial, purchased package 5 for use during trading evaluation
3)decided to temporarily postpone evaluation and thus no longer had access to Rithmic
4)3wks remaining of usage purchased
5)switched to SC All Data but data not being updated; understanding was that historical data was part of package 5

How to resolve....
