Thank you John, that is a great solution. I'm delighted there is something already available to do this! One concern I have is that when I cut a ray line it moves the end anchor point to that location. I will have to test this further next week to see if it introduces issues whereby ray lines move position on the chart as new prices print. As is, extended parallel ray lines (that are not cut) do not move once I have drawn them and ensured anchor points are snapped to the OHLC of candles. Fingers crossed I will not have any problems though because I will only be cutting ray lines after prices have moved on and the channel is no longer in play. Any issues and I will report back.
