Hi,
I had several periods of lost connection this evening e.g. from 21:05 to 21:22 when charts could not get data from SC feed (FXCM). Same repeated just recently. Even your SupportBoard was not loading - got this at 22:38 Sydney time in browser:
The connection has timed out
The server at www.sierrachart.com is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

Do you have any 'current status' page where customers can see status of servers/services and ETA for issues like this?
Now the "attach files" pop-up is stuck because "sierracharts.com taking too long to respond"...

If you think my connectivity issues are caused by something on my PC then I attached a copy of Log file. I did not change anything with SC for some time now and everything used to work fine, until this week.
It seems that this is something on your side, looking at how both the data feed and the website are non-responsive.

Could you please advise if there are any known issues and/or suggest what can I do to resolve this from my end.
