Would you reconsider? This annoyance has made me shy away from this feature and consider having my own version of any indicator that I want to change the color of a subgraph, or input setting in my own custom study dll. I contend that most users just want to change a study's default input settings, maybe subgraph color or drawstyle and could care less that their study is applied to a specific region, if they do they can change it.
