When you are using Interactive Brokers, there are no guarantees, that there is going to be reliable integration between Sierra Chart and Trader Workstation. Interactive Brokers ensures there is not reliability.

In general if you see Non-simulated orders working in Sierra Chart and they are not in Trader Workstation, then they are not active orders. And what you can then do is select this command to clear them:
Trade Menu: Refresh Trade Data From Service (Trade menu)
