I had no trouble using this functionality and no it is not correct that this is a windows issue because the only thing that changed is an update of sierra. When exactly did you drop support for this? Could you provide a workaround to say use dtn data feed and route orders via IB and not use sierra chart exchange data feed. I would not have a problem if this was a simple switch and you offered it without incurring additional costs but unfortunately it isn't.
